They can be powered via mains electricity, battery or diesel engine. Robust and reliable, they deliver accurate cutting and minimal wear on blades.
The Spiroll Multi-Angle Saw is designed for cutting slabs directly on the production beds. The saw can cut any angle from 0-90 degrees in the hollowcore slabs. It can perform large skews and shallow offsets and also drive long cuts/rips down the entire length of the slab. The saw can be designed to work in conjunction with any existing hollowcore factory.
The Crosscut Saw is specifically designed for cutting 90 degree crosscuts in hollowcore slabs. It provides a fast, reliable and economical cutting solution. The standard saw cuts up to 400 mm deep hollowcore but a conversion kit can be provided for slabs up to 500 mm deep. It is very easy to set the saw to use a range of diamond blades from 900 mm to 1300 mm in diameter. This ensures the optimum blade is used depending on the maximum depth of precast product.
The Wetcut Saw is specifically designed for cutting long/rip cuts through the green hollowcore slabs. The saw cuts directly behind the casting machine in the wet concrete which gives a faster cut than a standard bed saw.
The Yard Saw provides a secondary cutting station outside in the stock yard. The saw can cut any angle from 0-90 degrees in the hollowcore slabs up to 300 mm in depth, (it can be supplied up to 500 mm if required). It can perform large skews and shallow offsets and also drive long cuts/rips down the entire length of the slab.
